Reilly Cservenyi
Owner/Director
Reilly Cservenyi has always been involved in charities and social work as her family fostered children and her mother ran a not for profit. The desire to help people and give back to the community is in her blood. As an athlete, her competitive nature drove Reilly towards a career involving the law and the process of working to resolve legal disputes.
After graduating from the University of Guelph with a BA, Reilly attended Humber College, enrolling in the Paralegal Education Program, and graduated with Honours. Shortly thereafter, Reilly began a legal career by joining the Smith Valeriote Law Firm where Reilly worked for two years with a special focus on Small Claims Court litigation.
In 2018, Reilly started a career at National Recovery Corp. as the sole in-house paralegal. Reilly specializes in Small Claims Court matters, from the commencement of a claim, through to the enforcement of a judgment. Reilly is adept in navigating the complicated procedural waters of the Small Claims Court, ensuring that you are both comfortable and confident throughout the process.

Barrett Beaudoin
Owner/Director
Hailing from the outskirts of North Bay, ON, Barrett Beaudoin, moved to Mississauga as a laboratory manager working with environmental protection and drinking water legislation. After several years, he settled down in Cambridge. In 2019, Barrett completed the Paralegal program at Conestoga College with High Distinction on the Dean’s Honour List. In 2024, he received his Bachelor of Laws (with Upper Second Class distinction) from the University of London (UK).
With a unique combination of critical thinking and a firm knowledge base in Provincial Offences Act and Landlord/Tenant matters, Barrett Beaudoin is an advocate that fearlessly defends the rights of clients whether accused of wrongdoing or in a tough landlord/tenant spot. He strenuously believes in his ethical obligation to ask every question and bring forth every reasonable argument. A meticulous, logical approach to case work, combined with a personable, friendly attitude and “out-of-the-box” thinking, make him a paralegal representative worth the investment. He works to find resolutions that fit an individual’s needs and the circumstances of the case. Barrett prides himself on providing consistently high-quality legal representation to his clients.

Hannah Melnychuk
Law Clerk
Hannah Melnychuk currently holds the position of Law Clerk at Lexbridge Legal Services, where she has been employed since April 2024, while she awaits licensing as a paralegal. She holds a B.A. with Honours in Legal Studies from the University of Waterloo and a post-graduate certificate in Paralegal Studies from Fanshawe College.
With experience in numerous customer service roles and having played soccer since the age of three, Hannah is a confident, communicative, and empathetic team player who strives to motivate others. Her prior management experience has strengthened her ability to support clients and colleagues in high-pressure environments.
Growing up in a small town, Hannah values the importance of community and connection. These values are reflected in her commitment to fostering strong relationships, upholding professionalism, and contributing to a positive, lively atmosphere for those around her.
She is passionate about being part of a team that prioritizes access to justice and strives to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others—exactly what Lexbridge is here to do.
Megha Patel
Administrative Assistant - Client Services
Megha Patel currently holds the position of Client Services Administrator at Lexbridge Legal Services. She grew up in Gujarat, India—a state known for its strong foundation in commerce and trade. She completed her Bachelor of Commerce degree at S. M. Patel Institute of Commerce, and alongside her studies, she pursued courses with the Indian Institute of Company Secretaries to deepen her knowledge of company administration.
Megha began her career as a Corporate Legal Secretary at a firm in Ahmedabad, where she developed strong administrative and organizational skills. In 2022, she moved to Canada and worked in various client-based roles that taught her the importance of clear communication, adaptability, and building trust with clients. These experiences helped shape her client-focused approach to administration.
At Lexbridge, Megha takes pride in creating a smooth and welcoming experience for clients while providing reliable support to our team. She enjoys helping people feel at ease and ensuring their needs are met with care and attention. She believes in continuous learning, building strong relationships, and contributing to an environment where clients feel supported every step of the way.
Emma Meneses
Administrative Assistant - Operations
Emma Meneses currently holds the position of Administrative Assistant for Business Operations. She is a fourth-year university student majoring in Criminology, with aspirations to pursue a career in the criminal legal field after graduation.
Before joining Lexbridge Legal Services, she worked for over six years at Langdon Hall Hotel and Spa, where she developed strong client service and communication skills in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
As an Administrative Assistant at Lexbridge Legal Services, Emma plays a key role in supporting daily operations by managing client and vendor communications, ensuring efficient scheduling, performing organizational tasks for the office, and promoting monitoring and compliance in file management.
With a strong passion for the legal field, she expresses value for the opportunity Lexbridge has given her to gain hands-on experience and build a solid foundation for her future career. She is proud to contribute to the firm’s commitment to providing accessible and reliable legal services.
